Winter Weather Prep

Temps are dropping!

Prepare and protect your home from damage due to freezing weather by taking the following precautions:

  • Allow faucet(s) to maintain a steady low stream of water constantly
  • Cover outdoor spigots
  • Open cabinets to circulate warmer air
  • If water heater is in attic, open attic doors and wrap pipes to protect from cold. You should also drip HOT water from a faucet.
  • Locate shutoff valve and/or water meter in case of emergency

We are monitoring the weather conditions closely. Please check for updates here and on our Facebook page. For emergencies, call 251-626-5554.
